By submitting their personal data, the User gives their consent to LLC «CITYFOOD» (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, TIN 2801236386, OGRN 1172801012669, legal address: 675004, Амурская область, г. Благовещенск, ул. Пионерская, д.2, оф. 502 ООО «СИТИФУД»)) to process, store and use their personal data specified by filling out web forms on the website bbqsmoke.ru (hereinafter “Site”), based on the Federal Law № 152 - “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006 for the following purposes:
acceptance and processing of requests;
customer support (processing of questions, feedback, as well as messages sent using any forms on the Site that require personal data, including communication with the User - sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Site, fulfillment of agreements and contracts, as well as processing requests from the User);

Personal data of Users are stored on electronic or paper carriers exclusively on the territory of the Russian Federation and processed using automated systems, except for cases when non-automated processing of personal data is necessary due to fulfillment of legal requirements. Personal data is stored and processed until all necessary procedures are completed or until the Company is liquidated.
5.1. The period of personal data storage is the time until the end of the contract, agreement, term of service of the clients who provided personal data, accordingly, the period of personal data storage is set until the purpose of personal data processing is achieved.When processing personal data, the Company takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data.
The Company undertakes not to transfer received personal data to third parties, except for the following cases:
at the request of authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
to strategic partners that work with the Company to provide products and services, or those that help the Company market products and services to consumers. The Company reserves the right to make unilateral changes to these rules, provided that the changes do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Changes to the terms and conditions of these rules shall come into force after their publication on the website.
