Juicy beef brisket is smoked in the smoker on birch wood under low temperature for about 12 hours. The spices include only sea salt and crushed Indian pepper. Served with coleslaw, bourbon pickles, jalapenos and BBQ sauce.

Smoker-smoked Texas pork ribs: cooked for 6-8 hours on natural smoke, the spices are only sea salt and crushed Indian pepper. Served on a warm flatbread with cole slaw salad, jalapenos, signature BBQ sauce and bourbon pickles.
Smoke Kalbi Beef Short Ribs
Marbled meat from the beef rib part, adjacent to the shoulder blade, is particularly juicy and has an incredible beef taste and aroma. Kalbi ribs are smoked in a smoker on birch wood at low temperatures for about 6 hours. The spices include only sea salt and Indian crushed pepper. Served with coleslaw salad, bourbon pickles, jalapenos and BBQ sauce.
Signature sausages
Danish (chicken, bacon, Gouda cheese, garlic, sea salt, black pepper), Curry Wort (chicken, pork, curry, sun-dried tomatoes, sea salt, black pepper) are served with signature BBQ sauce, cole slaw, bourbon pickles and mustard cream sauce.
